Nethera gives users public HTTPS endpoints for applications running on machines they control. This policy keeps the service safe for users, networks, and third parties.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Nethera to create, host, expose, route, or support:
- malware, ransomware, spyware, or harmful code;
- phishing, credential theft, account takeover, or impersonation;
- botnets or command-and-control infrastructure;
- spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or abusive automation;
- illegal content or services;
- copyright infringement or distribution of infringing material;
- abusive network activity, scanning, probing, or exploitation;
- denial-of-service attacks or traffic intended to disrupt others;
- applications that intentionally evade law enforcement, sanctions, or abuse-prevention systems.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the applications, containers, endpoints, and domains you expose through Nethera. You must secure your applications, choose appropriate endpoint authentication, and respond promptly if Nethera contacts you about abuse or security issues.
Enforcement
Nethera may suspend or terminate accounts, workspaces, machines, endpoints, custom domains, or traffic that violates this policy, appears harmful, creates risk for the service, or may harm users, networks, or third parties.
